It’s not just the quantity we focus on rather quality is what makes us dependable. The entire preparatory procedure system for our production line is divided into different brackets. Quality surveyors pay special heed to make sure that the quality isn’t compromised. Customer satisfaction is achieved by consistent and gritty testing of products at various production stages. Desired testing is done on scheduled and random basis. The preparatory procedure system is conducted in the following segments:
FROM YARN TO PACKING
Yarn checked for imperfections such as unevenness, count variations and contamination. LAB TESTING
East Asian Home Textiles arrange lab testing from world renowned inspection companies like SGS, INTERTEK, BUERA VERTAS etc. for all kinds of testing including: Count of yarn, Fiber composition, shrinkage, Light fastness, Wash fastness, Color fastness to rubbing, Skewness, Azo tests and many more depending upon the customers’ requirements.
FINAL INSPECTION OF FINISHED FABRICS
To accomplish the vision of quality, the Final Inspection department is inhabited by qualified professionals who check each lot of the finished fabric. This department ensures the levelness of dyeing, hand feel, softness, consistency of specified widths etc., exactly as per customer specifications.
FINAL INSPECTION OF MADE UPS
During stitching, strict on-line monitoring of overall quality by experienced Quality Control Supervisors. After stitiching , each piece of made-up is checked twice by two separate Quality Controllers to ensure that no product with even minor defect is shipped.
